Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Family Photo Fix (http://www.familyphotofix.com) website and the third-party online appointment application (the “Service”) operated by Family Photo Fix (“us”, “we”, or “our”) or before contracting services with Family Photo Fix.
Your access to and use of the Service on our website is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our web Service. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then we suggest you do not access the services on our website.
If you wish to schedule an appointment you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your appointment including, without limitation, your name, phone number and email address in order to reserve a scheduled appointment time for a complimentary 30 minute phone consultation.
Subscriptions for Email Communication
If available, when you subscribe to our email communications, you agree to provide your full name and email address and give us permission to send you email communications. You can opt-out of receiving our email communications at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by using the functionality available at the bottom of every email communication we send out. If unsubscribing through an email newsletter message — select the unsubscribe/opt-out link on the bottom of every email communication we send through our subscription service.
We make every attempt to use reliable and secure third-party suppliers for our online services (appointment scheduling and credit card processing where applicable).

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Family Photo Fix. Family Photo Fix has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Family Photo Fix shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Family Photo Fix will keep confidential all client information, both business and personal. We will use proprietary client information only with the client’s permission. We will not store any personal client files on our computer systems after the client project work is completed. Printed materials and digital files go back to our clients and the client’s personal photographic materials get deleted from our systems.
Disposal of Original Client Materials
We do not dispose of client original photographic materials. All materials will be returned to the client and it is the responsibility of the client to make appropriate disposal arrangements if they desire. We will help our clients identify and sort items for disposal — but we will not recommend, make arrangements for or participate in the actual act of disposal. Disposal is the sole responsibility of the client.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
